Bulletman and Capt. Marvel copyright and trademark DC Comics.

Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide 40th Edition, Pg. 450;
'Attached to the cover, each has a miniature comic just like the Mighty Midget #11, except that each has a full color promo ad on the back cover.  Most copies were circulated without the miniature comic.  These issues with the miniature attached are very rare, and should not be mistaken for copies with the similar Mighty Midget glued in it's place.  The Mighty Midgets had blank back covers except for a small victory stamp seal.  Only the Capt. Marvel, Capt. Marvel Jr, and Golden Arrow No. 11 miniatures have been positively documented as having been affixed to these covers.  Each miniature was only partially glued by it's back cover to the Captain Marvel comic making it easy to see if it's the genuine miniature rather than a Mighty Midget.'
I love pushing the envelope of comic book knowledge, therefore it gives me great pleasure to present Bulletman #11 Mighty Midget with a full color promo ad on the back cover. Unknown to Overstreet.
